Sensory features
Deep red colour with brownish tones; very complex to the nose having evident
spicy notes accompanied by odour of liquorice, hay and light touches of violets.
In the mouth with an excellent persistence it is velvety and well structured,
fresh and with notes of natural olfactory after tastes.
Gastronomic pairings
It goes very well with roasts, quality poultry, strong cheeses, stuffed peppers,
the parmigiana with aubergines, pasta with meat sauces, especially the famous
Neapolitan ragů.
