Deep yellow in colour with greenish notes. Swirling the glass the density and the consistency of the product becomes evident.
To the palate, the sensation of fat is surprising, round and extremely persistent.
To the nose, there is a prevailing scent of apricot and wild grass, but also minerals that complete the aromatic bouquet.
Gastronomic pairings
Excellent with vegetable soups, pasta and beans, white meats, seasonal barbecued vegetables; the combination with fresh and tender cheeses is interesting.
